PUBG Mobile India release date: As the latest update indicates that PUBG Mobile India will be officially released in the first week of December itself, the long wait for millions of PUBG fans in India is coming to an end. And the Indian version of the mobile game will be released under the approval of the Indian government.
The development was carried out after the central government approved the official registration of Indian mobile games on Tuesday. Finally, PUBG Mobile India is now registered and is a legal company in India because the Ministry of Corporate Affairs approved PUBG India Private Limited. The company has been listed on the website of the Ministry of Education with a valid company identification number (CIN), and its registered office is in Bangalore.
After two months of long waiting, players finally received a series of good news. On November 12, PUBG Corporation announced that they will release a special Indian version of PUBG Mobile
However, since receiving this news, fans and players have been waiting for the official release. Although there are many updates on social media stating that PUBG Mobile India will be officially released in the first week of December, PUBG Corporation has yet to confirm the exact release date.
The directors of the Indian company are Kumar Krishnan Iyer and Hyunil Sohn. The company was established in Karnataka on November 21, 2020, with a paid-up share capital of Rs 500,000 and an authorized share capital of Rs 50. The number of subsidiaries of foreign companies is 1.5 million.
With the company’s approval from the government, PUBG Mobile India’s comeback was confirmed. Like other companies, PUBG Mobile India can operate its India office and start operations.
Before Diwali, PUBG Corporation announced that it would return to the Indian market by creating an Indian subsidiary and new games. PUBG also plans to invest US$100 million in India to cultivate the local video game, e-sports, entertainment and IT industries.
The Indian government banned 118 Chinese apps in September for national security reasons, including the popular PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds (PUBG) mobile app.
